Therapy

Therapy for Black Folks: I am committed to supporting individuals of African American and African diasporic backgrounds from all gender identities. I provide a supportive and affirming space to address systemic issues that impact emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, we’ll explore and address systemic barriers, racial trauma, personal and work-related race-based stress and anxiety. I believe we deserve joy and to center that expression in an inclusive and empowering therapeutic environment.

Therapy for the Healers: As empathetic individuals, caregivers, facilitators, healers, teachers, and therapists, those who play personal and/or professional roles offering advice, generosity, and compassion, we face significant risks of burnout and self-sacrifice. I am here to assist you in cultivating real self-care techniques, establishing healthy boundaries, promoting consistent emotional well-being practices, and safeguarding your gifts from compassion fatigue.

For Fearless Visionary Artists: I am passionate about supporting you in your artistic practice. Whether you're a therapist, actor, musician, dancer, writer, or another type of healer or creative, I provide a nurturing and nonjudgmental space where we can explore the joys and challenges that arise in your creative process. I’ll work with you to help navigate self-expression, self-esteem, performance anxieties, and the intricate interplay between your artistry and personal growth. Let's embark on a transformative therapeutic partnership that honors your creativity and fosters your emotional well-being.

“I had the pleasure of attending your seminar that focused on bringing forth joy in our lives. You helped me to realize I needed to make joy a priority more than I had. You helped me to connect joy to my work in teaching and manifestation knowledge.
