Healing has been a profound and sacred journey that I have wholeheartedly embraced for the past decade, both personally and professionally as a therapist. Just like you, I have faced my own struggles in fully embodying my authentic self, overcoming fear of taking risks, and feeling inadequate in various academic and professional environments. Through navigating my own life experiences, I have learned valuable lessons, understanding what worked and what didn't, and why. This process has led me to a place of reconciliation and deep understanding.

Today, I stand firmly rooted in my passion for holistic healing and facilitating growth and change, particularly for black people. My work is open to all and most importantly and intentionally inclusive of dedicated services where African and African American culture and experience is placed in prominence. Reclaiming and centering our healing, our expression, and our joy is at the core of my work.

It is important to acknowledge that this journey is not easy, and the smiles you see from me on these pages do not fully encapsulate the depth of the work undertaken. It is the culmination of years of personal dedication and an ongoing commitment to self-actualization, liberation, and freedom.

As you explore my work, know that I am here to support you with authenticity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges you may face. Together, let us embark on a transformative journey of healing, growth, and reclaiming the joy and expression that is rightfully yours.
